The wheel goes round and round

The Reisenrad in Prater, Vienna, Austria
Goes up and down, round and round the ring.
After a while the wheel slows down, comes to a halt,
The riders go down drunk with laughter, some woozy,
Another batch jumps in; the wheel starts, so the whoops.
Round and round it goes; all eyeballs pop out of heads-
High music all over the Prater makes them tipsy.
